Call for Nomination for the AFSSRN Executive Committee

Dear AFSSRN Members,

UPDATE: The Deadline of AFSSRN call for nomination will be extended till 4th October 2021.

This is to formally notify all AFSSRN members and officers that the first General Assembly (GA) of the Asian Fisheries Social Science Research Network, a section of the Asian Fisheries Society, will be held virtually on 24 November 2021 during the Joint International Conference of the Sixth International Conference for Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences (ICFAS6) & Asian Fisheries Social Science Research Network Forum One (AFSSRN F1). During the GA, members of the first AFSSRN Executive Committee will be elected and confirmed..

Nominations for AFSSRN members to serve on the first AFSSRN ExeCom (2021-2024) are hereby invited. The AFSSRN Executive Committee is composed of 10 members and nine will be filled by election.

Nominations shall be made in writing using the official AFSSRN nomination form, which is attached. The nomination shall be accompanied by a brief biography of the candidate and shall be sent to me by email at afssrn.afs@gmail.com on or before the 26 September 2021.
